The structure of the article could vary, however, an appropriate article may contain the following format. Title Address of the author summary Key words matter Endnotes bibliography Email.Title of the article; Name(s) and initial(s) of author(s), preferably with first names spelled out; Affiliation(s) of author(s); Footnotes to the contribution title; Name, address, telephone or fax numbers, and e-mail address of the corresponding author. The font type should be Times New Roman if it is submitted in English, Unicode fonts for other languages. Figures and tables should be legible and supporting image files are needed for clarity. Reference section should be at the end of the article after acknowledgments. The pattern of references should be as per MLA or APA format. For eg. Name/Names (Year). Title of article. Journal Name. Volume Number (issue number). Page..If it is a Book chapter, Name of author (Year). Article name. In: Name. (Editors) Name of Book. Edition Number. Publisher Name. Place.page number as “pp. xx-xx.” Authors are advised to clear the problems with Plagiarism issues as they are solely responsible for the content of the article. Copy Right & Access Policy

Our journal follows a diamond open-access model, providing free access to all content without subscription fees or article processing charges for readers. All articles are published under a Creative Commons license, allowing for free reuse and redistribution. From January 1, 2026, the journal operates under an open access policy, adhering to Creative Commons licensing and copy left principles.

Revenue Sources

Our journal generates revenue through:
– Subscription Fees: ₹1,200 per year for institutional and individual subscriptions
– Article Processing Charges (APCs): ₹1,200 per article for authors

Guidelines for Peer Reviewers

1. Reviewers must provide objective, unbiased, and constructive feedback focused on improving the research.
2. Confidentiality of manuscript content and author identity must be maintained.
3. Conflicts of interest, if any, must be disclosed
4. Review reports should be clear, unbiased, substantiated, and professional withoutpersonal criticism.
5. Use of AI tools for generating review reports is prohibited.
6. Reviewers should have relevant expertise and adequate time to complete the review responsibly.

Ethical Guidelines for Authors

1. Authors must ensure originality and proper citation of all sources
2. Plagiarism and self-plagiarism are unacceptable.
3. All listed authors should have made significant contributions and share accountability and that the contribution of each author for the preparation of the paper should be separately mentioned.
4. Data must be reported accurately and with transparency.
5. Authors should avoid duplicate publication and ensure ethical research conduct.
6. Any conflicts of interest must be declared honestly.

Instructions to Authors

1. Manuscripts should include a clear title, author names with affiliations, and a concise abstract without citations.
2. Up to seven keywords should be provided to reflect the paper’s subject.
3. Manuscript format: standard fonts preferably Times New Roman for English language, and Unicode fonts for other Indian languages single-spaced, with continuous page numbers.
4. Avoid non-standard abbreviations and footnotes. Use appropriate reference formatting.
5. Language should be clear and simple. Professional editing is recommended before submission.
6. Authors are responsible for formatting figures, tables, and text according to journal guidelines.

AI generated content policy

1. AI tools may be used only for language editing, data analysis assistance, figure visualization and reference management.
2. AI-generated text or ideas presented as original research without human oversight are prohibited.
3. Authors must declare any use of AI tools in the manuscript, and AI cannot be credited as an author.
4. Use of AI must not compromise the integrity, originality, and ethical standards of the work.
5. Misrepresentation of AI-generated data or plagiarism via AI use is strictly forbidden.

Author fees

Author Fee Structure: To support the editorial, peer-review, and publication processes of Academic Research and Review Letters, a modest author fee is applicable upon acceptance of manuscripts for publication.

  • Principal Author Fee: ₹1200
  • Additional Author Fee: ₹600 per co-author

This fee structure ensures the sustainability of our open-access platform and helps maintain high standards of academic integrity and editorial quality. Authors are requested to remit the applicable fee only after receiving the formal acceptance letter from the editorial board.

  •  The fee is non-refundable and covers indexing, and digital archiving.
  •  There are no submission charges.
  •  Authors affiliated with institutions in resource-constrained settings may write to the editorial office for consideration of partial waiver, subject to approval.
